There is a new house listed for sale in Liverpool that has been described as a ‘beautiful home or investment opportunity.’

According to Rightmove, properties in Mossley Hill had an overall average price of £313,727 over the last year.

Most of the sales in the year during the last 12 months were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £249,887.

Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £402,331, with flats fetching £212,739.

Overall, sold prices in Mossley Hill over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 21% up on the 2019 peak of £258,887.

Images of the home show that it benefits from plenty of charm, thanks to retaining many of its original features.

Throughout the home there are original fireplaces, parquet flooring and ceiling roses.

It also boasts characteristic large sash windows, high ceilings and large rooms.

Split across five floors, the home has a number of reception rooms including a large dining room with a table that comfortably seats 10 including sofas and armchairs.
