Massive fire breaks out in multi-storey building in South Mumbai, two injured

Mumbai: Two people were injured after a massive fire broke out in a 15-storey residential building in South Mumbai's Dongri area on Wednesday. 

According to reports, a lady fire brigade official is among those who sustained injuries during the operation.

The blaze was reportedly broke out around 1pm near Ajwa Sweet Shop on Nishan Pada Road, Dongri.

Injured shifted to hospital
Both the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital and their condition is said to be stable. The firefighting operation is currently underway. The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
