Massive blaze breaks out at Scots home as firefighters rush to put it out

Firefighters have rushed to a Scots street after a home went up in flames on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services are currently in attendance at Smith Street, Kinross, after being alerted to a blaze shortly after 12.30pm on Saturday.

Four appliances are working to extinguish the inferno, with another on its way.

Shocking footage from the scene shows grey smoke billowing from the building and clouding the street as emergency vehicles can be spotted lining the road.

Flames can be seen leaping out of the roof of the property. It is not yet known if anyone has been injured in the blaze.
