Data miners have allegedly dug up tons of unreleased content for Apex Legends.
As first spotted by CharlieIntel, the apparent leak contains new weapons, nine more Legends, and a new map. Reddit User 5849373-throwaway posted assets of this content on r/ApexUncovered, which allegedly includes the next 24 months’ worth of content for Respawn’s free-to-play battle royale FPS.
The names of the unreleased Legends are:
- Newcastle
- Uplink
- Caliber
- Conduit
- Scryer
- Catalyst
- Phantom
- Jester
- Vantage
There’s some (extremely early) footage of each Legend in the videos below, including a complete set of abilities. The most complete is Newcastle, suggesting that the character will be the next legend.
There’s an in-depth post from the same user detailing their findings here (as with all leaks, take it with a pinch of salt). Probably the most interesting nugget is a new map called “Divided Moon.”
Respawn has yet to comment on the leak as of Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 3:15 P.M. PDT. Many of the screenshots, videos, and download links are slowly disappearing, so the studio is undoubtedly aware of what’s happening.
