The Baltimore County Police Chief reported that the authorities received reports of gunfire on Loch Raven Boulevard around 7:15 p.m. The location was in close proximity to Johnson Funeral Home in Towson.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle overturned and engulfed in flames, indicating a potential crash and subsequent fire. The police chief confirmed that the majority of the ten victims found at the scene had gunshot wounds, with one individual succumbing to their injuries.
