A fitness coach pictured with Mason Mount has admitted he hopes to see the midfielder playing for Manchester United next season.
Mount is entering the final year of his contract at Chelsea and he's keen to move to Old Trafford. Erik ten Hag has a longstanding interest in the player and United submitted an improved offer of £45million plus add-ons for him this week.
It's understood Chelsea, who value Mount at £60m, knocked back that second offer, but there is a hope a compromise can be reached for the 24-year-old and it's expected he will be the first signing of the summer at United.
Mount is a fully-fledged England international and Chelsea are open to his sale due to financial fair play constraints.

On Thursday night, a fitness coach who appears to have worked with Mount also added fuel to the fire when uploading a photo with him, along with the caption: "Hopefully we get to see him winning games for United next season."
The photo was shared on social media and the coach subsequently edited the caption before making his Instagram account private.
Mount is a product of the Chelsea academy and is five games short of making 200 appearances for the club, but talks over a new deal have stalled this season.
He fits the bill for a Ten Hag midfield, with his versatility, pressing and intelligence all traits admired by the Dutchman. Mount came up against Ten Hag's Ajax while on loan with Vitesse Arnhem in the 2017/18 season.
