The Masked Singer UK fans are even more convinced Robobunny is Westlife’s Mark Feehily after this weekend’s show.
Fans have been on the case for weeks to try to uncover the face behind the mask as the popular ITV show continues.
And many, who have been speculating that Sligo singer Mark is the voice behind Robobunny are now convinced they have cracked the case after some more clues were revealed.
On Saturday’s show, a QR code on Robobunny’s costume read: “My royal barcode is 200019992003.”
Fans rushed to unravel the code, and all came out with the same answer.
One eagle eyed fan said: “So after spending ages trying to scan the bar code on the back of robobunny and getting a royal barcode , tracking it to the royal variety show 1993, 2000 & 2003 I’m confident it is #markfeehily.”
Another agreed, saying: “It’s Mark Feehily. Those are the years Westlife did the Royal Variety Performance.”
Meanwhile others said the distinctive voice alone is enough proof for them to crack the case.
As the robotic character chose to perform The Music Of The Night from the Phantom Of The Opera, one fan said: “Clues are fun, but the BIGGEST clue, is the distinctive voice that @MarkusFeehily can’t hide, even when disguising it…#Robobunny = Mark Feehily.”
“Nah I'd only put my mortgage money on robobunny being mark feehily from wl. As that is who that is,” a very confident fan added.
Saturday night’s show saw the end of the road for Doughnuts, who was revealed as legendary footballer Michael Owen and Firework, who was revealed as actress Jaime Winstone, as they were both unmasked in a double elimination.
