Maryland State Police have dispatched divers to the site of a tragic plane-helicopter collision in the Potomac River, as confirmed by Maryland Governor Wes Moore on Wednesday evening. The incident has prompted the Maryland Department of Emergency Management to elevate its Emergency Operations Center to 'Enhanced' status to provide additional support.
