Mary Trump, niece of former President Donald Trump, cheered President Joe Biden as he tweeted about accepting donations for his re-election campaign.

Biden tweeted late Wednesday the link to accept donations for his 2024 presidential campaign.

The president is facing low approval ratings related to the economy, including high inflation.

Biden launched his campaign in late April as he made the announcement through a video. The campaign video was promoted with the tagline “Let’s finish the job!”

The president is currently facing a few candidates in the Democratic primary, including Robert F. Kennedy, the nephew of assasinated president John F. Kennedy, author Marianne Williamson, and Netflix star Joe Exotic.

Exotic is running his campaign from prison, the only candidate from both parties to do so.

Mary Trump, who is pro-Democratic and a scathing critic of her uncle, retweeted Biden’s tweet with “cool” and “fire” emoji.

Mary Trump, a psychologist by profession, is a podcast host as well. She has openly criticized her uncle and his followers through her tweets, Substack posts, The Mary Trump Show podcasts, and her many appearances on mainstream and other media channels, .

She is the daughter of Trump’s older brother, Fred Trump Jr.

In a recent podcast, she slammed the media’s willingness to normalize Donald Trump after his combative town hall on CNN. During the event, Trump shut down moderator Kaitlan Collins and repeated his assertion that the 2020 elections were rigged.

Mary Trump also warned against normalizing his followers, saying that it could land America in real trouble.

Mary Trump wrote a book during the election year about her uncle’s rise to power, Too Much And Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man. Publisher Simon & Shuster reported that the book sold more than 950,000 copies on July 14, its first day on sale, setting a company on record.

“There is only one word that can be used to describe the sales of Mary Trump’s memoir and that word is HUGE,” said Simon & Schuster CEO Jonathan Karp in the press release.

Several days later, the publisher said that the book had sold more than 1.35 million copies across all formats (including print, book, and audiobooks) during its first sales week.
