The Royal family has an extensive schedule which means they often need help with childcare.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are extremely hands-on when it comes to childcare for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. However, when on Royal duties they are often away and need someone else to step up to help care for the kids.
Naturally, you would want nothing but the best for your offspring. That is why Kate and William empolyed their live-in nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo to help, reported MyLondon.

The prestigious nanny started working for Will and Kate when Prince George was just six months old. Kate has previously told her friends that Maria is "amazing".
Maria, originally from Spain, was trained at the prestigious Norland College, in Bath, where nannies are taught everything from how to care for children to defensive driving. The famous college where she studied is widely considered to be one of the best institutions in the world as it lands its graduates in hugely successful and highly paid jobs working for everyone from celebrities to the royals.
The college website reads: “Norland offers world-class training to those aspiring to be the very best professional childcare practitioners.” In order to be accepted onto the £15,000- a year course you must have at least three Cs at A-Level and be able to show a passion and commitment for caring for young children. While that sounds easy enough, the college only welcomes around 100 pupils a year.
The subjects that are taught at the school have previously been described as a mix between 'Mary Poppins and James Bond' as students will learn everything from self defence, martial arts and getaway driving. Speaking to the Mail, Principal Dr Janet Rose said students have to be 'creative, resilient and practical' - and be capable of keeping their employer's secrets.
But all the hard word certainly pays off as newly qualified nannies can be earning £42,000 for a non-residential role. Those with more experience earn up to £120,000 after a few years' experience - plus perks including designer handbags, trips abroad and luxurious living quarters.
