Martin Lewis has issued an important word of warning to anyone with a pension.
The Money Saving Expert regularly shares vital financial advice to help people across the UK navigate through the cost-of-living crisis. Many have saved thousands from implementing the consumer champion's tips.
Martin has returned this year to front another season of Money Show Live where he unpacks all the issues facing a serious subject. The show didn't air this week as ITV shook up the schedule to broadcast the FA Cup.

The most recent episode was devoted to the subject of state pensions and Martin has taken to his social media platform to share another valuable piece of advice. The finance guru urged people with a pension to perform an "important" check now.
He said: "IMPORTANT. Got a private or company pension?
"You can't generally leave it in your will. Instead, fill out the provider’s "Expression of wishes" or "Nomination form" to tell it who you'd like to benefit if you die. Check now if you've done one, and if it's up to date."
ITV shared exciting news yesterday as it was revealed Martin will soon be heading to Liverpool to front an episode of Money Show Live. An announcment on Money Show Live's Twitter account said: "We’re coming to lovely LIVERPOOL! On Tuesday 21st March The Martin Lewis Money Show will be live from St George’s Hall!"
