Martin Lewis's wife Lara Lewington has been covering up her facial scars with "heavy make up" after she split her lip and forehead falling off an electric scooter.
The TV presenter and tech journalist, 43, looked fresh-faced as she attended a glitzy event at The British Museum - just weeks after her horrific accident.
She smiled in a selfie of her in front of the famous building, and was showered with compliments by fans.
One wrote: "Beautiful lady and polite. And check you. No scars. Xx"
Lara replied: "Thank you, some very heavy make up has unbelievably managed to cover them!"
"Dinner @britishmuseum, what a venue and what a night. A brilliant get together of the @foundersforum crowd.
"Met a lot of doctors (could’ve done with them a few weeks ago - although only a couple any good at medical treatment), tech founders, and generally interesting folk," she went on to say.
In another selfie, Lara was seen smiling in front of the camera in a pretty blue dress.
She wrote: "Self shot today for the first time in a while. Had totally forgotten how useful it is to just be able to record a quick couple of pieces to camera to finish off a story.
"Was pretty pleased with lighting, sound, shot, makeup (as scars hidden), and then took a selfie of it all before dropping clip in to finish my edit. Whilst I don’t want to do all this by myself all the time, it feels good to know I can."
Lara stunned her followers last week after sharing a photo of her bloody injuries after she fell off an electric scooter.
In the first photo she showed her stitches as her skin started to heal, and in the second she revealed her fresh cuts.
She captioned the photos: "As an extremely clumsy person, always wobbly on two wheels, the electric scooter ride was never going to be a good idea," Lara wrote.
"After being cleaned up and stitched up, six days later I’m healing well, and grateful it wasn’t worse. Never again!"
Lara is a presenter for The BBC 's technology show BBC Click and has appeared weekly on ITV's The Impressionable Jon Culshaw, the BBC's Let's Dance for Sports Relief.

Her hubby Martin shared a sweet snap of the pair working on a TV show together.
Posting the clip, Martin tweeted: "I can’t believe we did this film. Here’s me and my then fiancé (now wife) Lara talking mobile haggling back in 2007."
