Martin Lewis has revealed a top tip for all the suffering TUI customers out there who have been trying to speak to the tour operator on the phone but failing miserably.
People desperate to get information on whether their holiday is going ahead or when they will be getting a refund have been left frustrated due to not being able to get through to anyone.
Customers have complained of racking up large phone bills while waiting in a queue to speak to customer services.
TUI launched a new online refund form in May to make things easier for customers to get their money back after apologising for their holiday refund fiasco.

TUI Managing Director Andrew Flintham sent an email to customers saying "sorry" for the way the UK's biggest tour operator had dealt with the situation.
On last night's Martin Lewis Show on ITV, the financial guru reported that said he had spoken to TUI about their phone lines.
He said: "They said there could be an issue if you select the 'speak to someone in branch' after 5.30pm or near 5.30pm because branches close before customer service.
"But you should be able to get through on the phone line and what I'm being told is it can be very busy in the morning but the time to call is in the afternoon when the average waiting time is 15 minutes.
"So this is what you should do if you're struggling with TUI.

"Try online, if it doesn't work then call them up - do it in the afternoon, tomorrow may be busy because other people would have seen this and see whether you get through in the afternoon."
He promised his fans that if this didn't work then he would call TUI again to ask them what advice they would have.
Earlier this month TUI delayed the date it will restart holidays for Brits due to the ongoing travel restrictions.
The UK’s biggest tour operator has now cancelled all trips up to and including July 10.
It had previously planned to restart travel on July 1.
Last week the tour operator seems confident that things will restart soon.
A spokeswoman has said that its UK market would resume partial operations this summer and revealed that UK bookings for winter holidays are up 6% and summer 2021 “continues to look promising”.
Ahead of restarting, the tour operator has announced safety measures for its hotels, airline and cruises.
A spokeswoman for TUI previously added: "We are constantly monitoring the situation and will start taking people on holiday again as soon as we are able to do so.
"At this point in time, nobody can accurately predict when that will be, so for the time being we will keep a close eye on our programme and continue to amend and adapt timings in line with the latest global travel advice."
