West Coast wonder Martin Compston will be back on our TV screens shortly in a new thriller 'The Rig'.
The show will air on Amazon Prime Video next month, with the Greenock born actor starring alongside Games of Thrones' Iain Glen and Schitt's Creek's Emily Hampshire. The new series looks pretty tense and mysterious, if the trailer is anything to go by.
The supernatural drama is set on the Kishorn Bravo oil rig, just off the coast of Scotland. It all unfolds after the crew are left isolated from the mainland as a mysterious fog envelops them. Some of the crew are left in "psychological difficulty", as we are told "that's what you get for diving into the abyss".
