Sky Sports' F1 reporter Martin Brundle claimed he had been "thrown out" of his traditional grid walk just seconds after being snubbed by Man City boss Pep Guardiola for asking a question about football.
Guardiola was on the grid at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday, where he was asked about the Blues' Premier League title chances, where he was a special guest most likely due to Etihad Airways' sponsorship of the race. As is tradition with Sky's coverage of Formula 1, Brundle goes down to the track to speak to the celebrities who are in attendance.
As Brundle surveyed the area he spotted Guardiola and approached the Catalan coach for a conversation. However, Guardiola had other ideas.

When Brundle introduced himself, the City boss replied: "I just spoke already with Sky. I spoke twice with Sky."
Unfazed the reporter responded: "Okay, three times lucky then." Guardiola sarcastically said to that: "Yeah, I'm lucky."
The conversation between the pair would not go on for much longer as when Brundle began to ask Guardiola about City's position in the Premier League, he replied: "No, let's not talk about football today." Soon afterwards the 51-year-old was whisked away.
As for Brundle, who has become somewhat of a legend with F1 fans, he was hurried off the grid by security staff to which he quipped: "It's okay, I've been thrown out of better places than this." City's season has been halted temporarily due to the start of the World Cup in Qatar which begins today.
When the Blues return to action they will face Liverpool in the Carabao Cup, four days after the World Cup final in Lusail.
