In the wake of the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria, Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park is hosting a fundraising "Hand In Hand" gala dinner on Sunday, March 5, to offer support to all those that have been affected by this tragedy.
The evening, presided by the Ambassador of Turkey and hosted by emcee Matthew Dean, will witness the camaraderie of some of Bangkok's top-tier chefs, many of them are Michelin-star rated.
The dinner menu is a collaborative effort by chef Pichaya Utharntharm of Restaurant Potong, chef Paolo Vitaletti of Appia, chef Chalee Kader of Wana Yook, chefs Dylan Jones and Bo Sonvisava of Bo.lan, chef Tim Butler of Eat Me, chef Top Russell and Michelle Goh of Mia, chef Pepe Dasi Jimenez of Vilas, chef Thierry Drapeau of Signature, chef Mirco Keller of Keller, chef Andrew Martin of 80/20, chef Garima Arora of Gaa, chef Ton of Le Du, chef Yoon of Akira Back, chef Tam Chudaree of Baan Tepa, chef David Hartwig of Igniv and chef Ferran Tadeo of Embassy Room.
Beverages including fine wines and cocktails are sponsored by Wine Garage, Zuma Bar, Fin Wines, Italasia, Full Moon Brewery, Soul Wines, Beervana and Bootleggers.
The evening will be entertained with live music and auctions. All proceeds will be donated to the World Central Kitchen Foundation by Jose Andres.
Dinner starts at 7pm. The price is 12,000 baht net per person including cocktails with canapes.
