A couple who died in a car crash on Friday have been named by police.
Martin and Josephine Cousland, who lived in Anstruther, were fatally injured when their Audi collided with a Ford Mondeo on the A85 between Arrivain and Dalmally on Friday March 31. The couple The couple, 70 and 69, were pronounced dead at the scene following the crash at about 2pm.
Their relatives have been informed, and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal. Police are continuing to make enquiries, reports the Daily Record.

The three male occupants of the Ford Mondeo were taken to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where they remain for treatment. Medical staff describe their condition as stable.
Sergeant Archie McGuirel, of Police Scotland's Roads Policing Unit in Campbeltown, said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Mr and Mrs Cousland.
"We are continuing our enquiries and would again appeal to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the crash to get in touch with police. I would also ask anyone who was travelling in the area who may have dash-cam footage which could assist to get in touch.”
Information can be passed to officers by calling 101, quoting incident number 1923 of Friday March 31, 2023.
