Married at First Sight UK stars Matt Murray and Marilyse Corrigan have confirmed their split. The pair were on different seasons of the E4 reality television show but bonded over their experiences off screen.
Marilyse, 38, appeared in the 2021 version, while Matt, 32, featured in last year's season. Marilyse was paired with Franky Spencer in her series and Matt was at the centre of 2022's action following a "wife swap" drama.
He was initially paired by the experts with Gemma Rose but after many clashes embarked on a relationship with Whitney Hughes, who was originally married to Duka Cavolli. The pair were allowed to stay in the experiment, despite not being married, and went on to confess their love for one another. However, during the reunion, the couple revealed they had gone their separate ways.

However, after the show, Marilyse and Matt confirmed their romance following a trip to Turkey but have now announced their split. After being questioned by fans on social media, Marilyse took to her Instagram Stories to share the news.
According to Manchester Evening News, Marilyse said: "I've received multiple messages asking if Matt and I are still together. Out of respect to you guys and the support you've given us, of course it’s only fair to be clear. So the answer to this is no we are no longer together anymore but I do wish Matt all the best for his future."
Matt also shared a video message on his Instagram Stories and gave a bit of insight into the break up; He said: "A lot of you over the past couple of weeks have asked questions about me and Marilyse being together or not and have we split up, are we still together."
He added: "As a lot of you have probably just seen on Marilyse's story no we are not together anymore. We decided to leave it there. We are maybe just a little too different. But again I just wish Marilyse all the best in the future. It just is what it is." For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
