One of the strongest relationships to come out of the 2021 series of Married at First Sight was Adam and Tayah. They became engaged at the end of the series and have now had a baby girl together.

Posting to Instagram Tayah honestly and openly laid her feelings bare. She said: "Let's talk about postpartum...I was a complete emotional wreck, non-stop crying for 3 weeks, being riddled with anxiety and terrified of this new life while also being so overwhelming in love with my new little family."
