Married at First Sight UK's Gemma says she's 'exhausted from it all' and has changed her mind about marriage

After an unlucky stint on Married at First Sight UK, which saw her being cheated on by her groom, bride Gemma has said she is "exhausted from it all" and the show has changed her mind about marriage. Gemma entered the show hoping to find her perfect groom and extend her family but instead she had a very rocky ride.

Mum-of-two Gemma was married to Matt and despite the wedding day going well cracks quickly began to show in their marriage. Soon the pair argued constantly which often resorted in one of them storming out on the other and leaving Gemma in tears.

As their marriage didn't improve Matt began developing feelings for another bride, Whitney, who was married to Duka and cheated on Gemma by kissing Whitney and sharing a bed with her. While Gemma and Duka left the show, Matt and Whitney were able to remain as a new couple.

Now Gemma has taken to her Instagram to say she is "exhausted from it all" and is no longer sure if she wants marriage. While answering fans' questions, Gemma said: "Been such a hard time I'm exhausted from it all." when a fan asked how she was.

Answering another question Gemma said she "always wanted marriage" but now is not so sure. She explained why she went on the show: "Being on my own with two children and only getting four days alone a month is hard. I work two of those days too. I always wanted marriage but now I'm not so sure."

Gemma has been very vocal about how she thinks the show "faked reality" and is going to complain to Ofcom about the way the show was edited. She believes her "true reality" was not shown and that women were being made "victims" on the show.
