Tayah has said "nothing will stop the anxiety" she has around this pregnancy and miscarrying again. She said: "Unfortunately nothing in my experience will stop the anxiety... take each day at a time, try and not think too far ahead, I always tried to keep in mind that what will be will be."

The reality TV star also said she "still can't let myself get too excited" over her pregnancy. She said: "I still can't let myself get too excited... I hadn't started thinking about doing the nursery or buying stuff for her until a few weeks ago as I didn't want to jinx anything."

She added: "I'm slowly allowing myself to get more excited and enjoy the process of starting to get things ready for her as the time is getting closer."

Tayah also admitted the pregnancy itself was tougher than expected. She said: "As naïve as this may sound, I thought pregnancy would be a breeze and I would feel great... how wrong I was... it's definitely a lot tougher physically and emotionally than I thought it would be."
