Married At First Sight UK stars Matt Murray and Marilyse Corrigan have confirmed their relationship after weeks of speculation.
Following his swift exit from the E4 programme which sees contestants tie the knot with a stranger, the pair had been hit with rumours that they were dating.
At the time, the Yorkshire-born stars insisted they were nothing more than friends who had gone on holiday together in a bid to escape the madness after his exit from the show.
But they recently took to social media, confirming that they were officially an item as they shared a snap kissing one another on what appeared to be a date night.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, a source close to the happy couple said: "Since their holiday their friendship has developed and their relationship has blossomed naturally, they are both extremely happy and are grateful for all the supportive comments they’ve received so far."
Cementing their relationship, Matt captioned his Instagram snap: "Reality TV is not the real world. This is. Good came from the bad @marilyse_elena_corrigan_pt."
Fans couldn't have been happier for them, with one writing: "Do whatever makes you happy do not worry or care what others will think or say it's your life you live it exactly how you want to as long as you're happy!"
"Wishing you both the very best of love," commented a second.
Before a third added: "I don't know you... Or anything about you both other than reality TV... However, that post looks like 2 people are bloody comfortable & smitten... Be happy & enjoy."
"Honestly can say two beautiful genuine down-to-earth people who deserve this love & happiness. Wish you both a very happy future together," gushed a fourth.
At the time of their holiday to Turkey, a representative for Marilyse said: "Marilyse has gone to recover from a marathon which she ran for Kidney Research recently and she's celebrating with her son that it's a year since donating her kidney to save his dad's life."
Meanwhile, Matt's spokesperson confirmed he had gone to "recover from the trauma" of the show.
While the show was airing across E4, Marilyse gushed over Matt, telling The Mirror: "I know he's not coming across great on the TV but I do really like him.
"I think he's got a soft side and is very to down to earth and he's a Yorkshire guy as well!"
During his time on the show, Matt initially married Gemma but their relationship didn't take off, which led to him falling in love with Whitney.
The pair who were "married" were granted permission by the experts to return as a couple after dumping their respective partners, although their relationship didn't last long.
Elsewhere, Marilyse who featured in season one of the show was married to Franky Spencer with the couple making it all the way.
However, their relationship ended after three months after spending too much time with one another.
"I think we just spent too much time together afterwards and it just didn't work out the way it should have done, it's a shame really because we got on so well," she told The Express.
