Married at First Sight Gemma in tears as groom Matt storms out again

Hoping to find love is not going well for bride Gemma and groom Matt on the latest series Married at First Sight. Despite a good start the pair quickly began to clash as Gemma made it very clear that sex was very important to her in a relationship.

Matt found Gemma's sexual, and sometimes crude jokes, off-putting and refused to be intimate with her both in public and in the bedroom. This led to Matt storming out during their honeymoon, however, Gemma has hit back at this vowing to have her say and tell her fans all.

The first dinner party for the couple, where they met the other couples for the first time, also resulted in Matt storming out. After Gemma asked him loudly and repeatedly if he "fancied her" Matt stormed outside to have a breather.

At the dinner party, Gemma said: "You don't fancy me! You don't fancy me!... I can only go by how you make me feel and you make me feel like you don't fancy me."

Gemma then asked again if Matt fancied her and he replied: "Right at this minute in time when I'm being constantly f**king pressured..." before storming off and saying: "I've asked you for some space and you've not given it me.[sic]" while Gemma told him he was "running away like usual".

After Matt stormed out Gemma burst into tears and was comforted by the other brides. Now Gemma has taken to her Instagram in tears after watching the episode and responding to the hate she received since the episode.

On Instagram, she said: "I'm going to try not to get too upset as it's a long time to be sad." Beginning to cry she said: "If you guys saw the things that he said on the wedding day this whole narrative would be different. I wasn't the only one who made rude, crude comments."

Gemma added: "I don't know why I'm being painted the way that I am" getting more emotional she said: "I'm really sorry if people were upset by the things that I said but all I ever tried to be is a good mum, a good hairdresser and I tried to be a good wife...you guys have got to be so wrong if you think for a second that this narrative is true".
