Marnus Labuschagne has promised to give shirts to two Australia fans after a brilliant exchange with teammate David Warner during the first ODI against England.
After one young fan was shown on the broadcast holding up a piece of paper asking for Warner's shirt, the opener saw the note and issued a response. A few balls later, Warner was shown sat in the dressing room with a note of his own that read: "Get One Off Marnus".
"That's good work by David Warner," laughed Mark Howard who was on commentary for Fox at the time. "Very nice David!"
Another fan then got in on the act, joining the original supporter with a second note that said: "Marnus can I please have your shirt".
Warner found the response hilarious and later said on his Instagram story that he would find the first fan and give him a shirt when Australia return to the Adelaide Oval for a Test match against the West Indies in December.
And Labuschagne has now taken to Twitter to offer a shirt to both supporters. In response to a tweet from Cricket Australia asking followers to help them find the fans in question, Labuschagne wrote: "I've got 2 shirts ready to go who are these legends?"
After a disappointing home T20 World Cup campaign which saw them crash out in the Super 12s and watch as England went on to lift the trophy, Australia have bounced back in the ongoing ODI series.
They won the first ODI by six wickets thanks to half-centuries from Warner, Travis Head and Steve Smith, despite a brilliant century from Dawid Malan. And they wrapped up a series victory with one game to go after winning the second ODI by 72 runs.
Smith once again starred with the bat, scoring an excellent 94, while both left-arm quick Mitchell Starc and leg-spinner Adam Zampa took four wickets each. The series now heads to Melbourne for the final match on Tuesday.
