Marks and Spencer has released a new Colin the Caterpillar product in preparation of Easter, and shoppers haven't been shy in sharing their opinions.
The retailer is well known for its Colin the Caterpillar cake, a chocolate roll dessert that has been bought more than 15 million times since its introduction in 1990.
Its new product puts an Easter spin on the iconic cake, with a white chocolate bunny face and Easter eggs arranged on top.

One excited shopper shared the news on Facebook, where M&S and Colin the Caterpillar fans quickly gave their thoughts.
They wrote: "New Easter Bunny Meets Colin the Caterpillar Cakes! How adorable are these!"
The post has since been liked almost 1000 times, and has received almost 900 comments.
One wrote: "I want these".
"Look how cute," said a second.
A third joked: "It’s not a want, it’s a need."
"Omgggg," a fourth simply stated.
A fifth revealed: "If i don't get this for easter i'll be super sad."
"Got to get them for Easter," echoed a sixth.
One satisfied customer revealed: "These are good".

One M&S shopper felt that the Easter cake wasn't different enough from the regular Colin the Caterpillar, writing: "That ‘Bunny’ is exactly the same as Colin, but someone’s just swapped the face for a Rabbit one. Should have totally changed the Colin style legs…"
