Marks and Spencer has caused a stir with the return of its Valentine’s Day “love sausage”.
A member of the popular Facebook group Snack Reviews shared a photo of the M&S food item which is a giant heart shaped pork sausage wrapped in bacon.
The supermarket recommends having the Love Sausage with fried eggs on Valentine’s Day morning.

People were quick to comment underneath the Facebook post with their thoughts on the food item, with many tagging their friends to joke about the slightly rude name.
Sally wrote: “I hope I get a love sausage”.
