Marks and Spencer (M&S) fans are heaping praise on a £35 swimsuit which they say is 'resistant to chlorine' and makes every body type look 'perfect'. M&S customers have been so impressed by the fit of the 'flattering' swimming costume, and say they've had so many compliments while wearing it, they want it in all four colours.
M&S' Padded Scallop Plunge Swimsuit comes in a regular fit, and features a flattering plunge neckline which has a scalloped edge for a more feminine finish. It is padded and non-wired to enhance the natural shape. Added stretch ensures lasting comfort, while its chlorine-resistant fabric keeps its strength and stretch for a perfect fit.
M&S' Padded Scallop Plunge Swimsuit comes in four different colours - Black, White, Pastel Blue and Lime Green. It is available in sizes 8 to 24.
The flattering £35 Summer swimsuit has a near-perfect five-star rating on the brand's website. Shoppers have been impressed by its fit and how 'flattering' it is, while others are happy with its chlorine-resistant technology, which makes the fabric last a lot longer.
One M&S customer said of the £35 swimsuit: "Lovely fit, sizing is good, washes well & dries quickly." Another said: "Have it in white and would like it in all colours now!"
"Great quality material, thick and supportive, and resistant to chlorine so far! Flattering plunge cut on bust. True to size," wrote a third Marks and Spencer shopper.
Somebody else added: "Such a great swimming costume. Lovely thick material, super flattering cut and I felt very glam in it on holiday. Not much support if you’re large busted but not a problem for me. I got the black but might treat myself to green too!"
"Flattering and a perfect fit on a not so perfect body!" penned another. Praising the M&S swimsuit, somebody else wrote: "Loved this swimsuit as it was flattering and would be good for swimming."
"Fitted suit with a flattering look on a bigger bust," said another person. Another added: "Fab piece of swimwear, very sassy. Had a few lovely comments on holiday asking where it was from. So glad I purchased this, true to size and very comfy. A must have."
A similar scalloped-edge swimsuit is currently reduced down from £37 to £29.50 on the Littlewoods website, though only a handful of sizes are now in stock. Alternatively, ASOS is selling a bikini with the same scallop hem design for £46 (top is £29 and bottoms are £17).
