When it comes to Easter treats, we can always rely on Marks and Spencer to come up with the goods, and have they done just that this year.
The supermarket has unveiled a range of goodies - from the nation’s favourite pig to delicious hot cross buns. Not to mention a few cute characters and a cheekily-shaped vegan egg thrown in for good measure. But there’s one thing that’s caught our eye - in the form of a Dippy Egg Cheese Bake for £5.
Described by M&S as a “delicious rich cheese bake”, it combines a blend of Barbers 1833 Cheddar, full fat soft cheese and crème fraiche - with a Red Leicester ‘yolk’. Simply bake the 200g delight in the oven and scoop up with toasted soldiers. Oh my. You could also enjoy it on toast, with garlic bread or a spoon - we won’t judge.

For the kids, M&S have launched a giant Percy Pig with jazzie trousers for £10. The nation’s favourite character has got himself some new glad rags - just in time for Easter. The super cute strawberry and raspberry flavour white chocolate Percy comes complete with jazzie trousers - we’re talking hundreds and thousands, coated trousers.
Marks and Spencer’s new loveable characters, The Ombles, are also sticking around for the festive weekend. Made using an exclusive luxury Belgian milk chocolate recipe, they come complete with chocolate goggly eyes and are rolled in a flaky milk chocolate. The Ombles are the first new face in almost 30 years for M&S as well.
For the grownups amongst us, M&S have created a gin flavoured milk chocolate egg, filled with pink gin centre boozy buttons - and all packaged up in a stunning ‘cocktail shaker’ box. How cool is that?

And for the vegans out there, M&S haven’t forgotten about you either. They’ve announced the launch of their first ever Plant Kitchen Hot Cross Buns. Priced at £1.75, these hot cross buns are packed full of juicy fruit, mixed peel and a unique spice blend.
