Marks and Spencer's Plant Kitchen range is growing this summer, just in time for some alfresco dining.
The award-winning vegan-friendly range has launched new products for the summer that are perfect for picnics and BBQ's. New products include ice cream, burgers, brioche buns and vegan meats
The new burgers include vegan hamburgers and spicy BBC Good Food award-winning £3 masala cauliflower bhaji burgers. For those who like a kick, the cauliflower bhaji burgers are made with "crispy, spiced roast cauliflower and onions".

M&S recommend that you serve the burgers with "crunchy carrots and cucumber" topped with mango chutney, yoghurt and coriander. Other vegan burgers include the soya based vegan hamburgers for £4 and the steak burgers made from shiitake mushrooms and pea protein for £5.
BBQ lovers can top the burgers with the new vegan chipotle mayo, all in the new soft vegan brioche buns and for a vegan board, there's new plant kitchen vegan ham and chorizo slices and pinwheels. The soya-based burgers are said to be "packed full of flavour", perfect to serve with a soft white roll, salad or crunchy slaw.
It's not just savoury options though, as Marks and Spencer have also launched two new flavours of soya based ice cream. The flavours include Madagascan vanilla and triple chocolate salted caramel and biscuit.
