Mark Pawsey has become the latest Conservative MP to declare that he will not be running in the next election.
Tory MPs have been given a deadline of Monday to inform the party whether they would like to be on the ballot.
He is one of 14 Conservatives who have confirmed they will not be standing, including former Chancellor Sajid Javid.
After much consideration, I have decided that I will not seek re-election at the next General Election.

Mr Pawsey, who has served as MP for Rugby and Bulkington since 2010, announced on Twitter that he will not be seeking re-election.
He wrote: “After much consideration, I have decided that I will not seek re-election at the next General Election.
“It has been an honour to serve the residents of Rugby and Bulkington since 2010 and I will continue to work hard on their behalf throughout my remaining time as their MP.”
It comes after Sajid Javid became the most high-profile politician to step down last week.
Mr Javid, who was also Home Secretary and had spells in charge of health, culture, housing and business, announced on Friday that he would not contest his Bromsgrove seat for the fifth time.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said he was sad his "good friend" is stepping down, adding: "May the Force be with you, Saj" - a reference to their love of Star Wars.
Boris Johnson made him Chancellor in 2019 but he quit seven months later in a row with Dominic Cummings. Mr Johnson brought him back as Health Secretary but in July he sensationally quit again, triggering a wave of resignations that finally toppled the PM.
Others stepping down include ex-cabinet minister Chloe Smith and MP Dehenna Davison.
