The Chase star Mark Labbett has lost three stone and he looks incredible.

as he credited cutting sugar and running around after his young son for his transformation.

Mark, 54, weighed 27 stone at his heaviest before he managed to shift the pounds in recent months.

The changes to his weight have been over the last six months.

“I’m waiting for my next check up and I’m hoping the figures are going to be better.

“I’m still eating very well – I'm just cutting out sugar because of the Type 2 diabetes.”

As well as getting rid of the sugar in his diet, Mark got results when he started eating breakfast.

“The big secret, which somebody told me is the thing that all people who are very, very overweight have in common, is that they don't eat breakfast.

“I now eat breakfast and make the point of sitting down with my children, eating breakfast and starting the day well.”

But that's not all; Mark has also pointed out running after his two-year-old son has helped him lose weight.

He said: "That and running around after an active two-year-old.”
