Mariners’ J.P. Crawford Drops Massive F-Bomb, Signs Camera After Walk-off Win vs. Rangers

J.P. Crawford kept the Mariners’ season alive with a single swing of his bat Thursday night. Having entered the bottom of the ninth inning trailing the Rangers by one run, the Mariners loaded the bases for their veteran shortstop, who drove in two runs to secure a win.

With Seattle nearing the brink of elimination from the playoffs, Thursday’s win was essential, and Crawford was beyond fired up in the aftermath.

While being interviewed on the field after his late-game heroics, Crawford unleashed an otherworldly F-bomb, before walking away and signing a nearby camera lens.

“Let’s f--king go!” shouted Crawford, which was met with a huge applause from fans at T-Mobile Park.

Jennifer Mueller of ROOT SPORTS was certainly not expecting the profane response, but she wasn’t there to spoil Seattle’s fun.

“We apologize for the profanity from JP Crawford... but he does make a good point,” said Mueller after the shortstop walked away.

The Mariners improved to 86–73 on the year after Thursday’s win. They’re currently one game behind the Astros for the final wild-card spot with just three games left in the regular season.

A loss on Thursday would have been devastating toward their hopes of reaching the postseason, but Crawford gave them new life, and celebrated fittingly afterwards.
