Marina Granovskaia can complete unfinished £30m Chelsea double deal after transfer decision

Chelsea could have the chance to complete a double transfer swoop for two former targets in the summer with Juventus reportedly willing to listen to offers for Adrien Rabiot and Alex Sandro.

Both the midfielder and left back have been linked with moves to Stamford Bridge in the past and director of football Marina Granovskaia could well be tempted to finally secure the duo.

The fact the Italian giants are willing to listen to offers, as per Gazzetta dello Sport, indicates that a cut-price deal could also be on the table with both players set to enter the final years of their contracts.

Thomas Tuchel was eager to bring in a new left-back option in the January window with Ben Chilwell set to miss the rest of the season after rupturing his cruciate ligament against Juventus.

After Andrea Pirlo deemed Rabiot surplus to requirements ahead of last summer, Chelsea were reported to be battling Barcelona for the 26-year-old's signature, currently valued at £19.8million by Transfermarkt.

Further reports emerged ahead of the January window that he was being viewed as a back up for the Blues if moves for top midfielder targets such as Aurelien Tchouameni and Declan Rice fell through this summer.

Alex Sandro was reported to be eager to join Chelsea ahead of last summer and has been regularly linked with Stamford Bridge in the past, but like Rabiot, the Brazilian stayed in Turin for the current campaign.

Now 31-years-old, Sandro's age could act as a deterrent for the Blues but if they were able to sign him on a short-term deal as reinforcement for Chilwell, could Granovskaia still be tempted?

He is currently valued at £10.8million by Transfermarkt.

Since Massimiliano Allegri returned to Juventus, Sandro has regained his place in the starting XI, making 19 appearances in Serie A this season.

Rabiot too has become a regular in the Italian's starting line-ups, making 20 appearances in the top-flight, although he has only provided one assist in that time.
