Mariah Carey is regarded by many as the Queen of Christmas and it seems her commitment to the holiday goes as far as helping Santa Claus with his duties.
Taking to Instagram on Christmas Day, the 53-year-old chart topping star showed that she had been helping out St Nick with his gift deliveries.
And she also roped in her twin children Monroe and Moroccan, aged 11, to help out too.
The music superstar shared a photo of her twins wearing matching Christmas onesies and sitting in a giant festive sleigh - while Mariah herself was posing in a red and white Christmas suit.
The trio were joined by a man dressed as Santa Claus who was flashing a smile of his own while posing on the other side of the sleigh.
Uploading the snap to Instagram, Mariah playfully wrote: “Surprise midnight sleigh ride on Christmas Eve!”
A second snap showed the singer smiling with glee while she posed beside the sleigh with a number of reindeer visible behind her.
A previous post showed Mariah getting close to one of the reindeer and affectionately stroking it.
She wrote: “Santa makes a pit stop at our lair with Baby Blitzen in tow for her first public appearance! Sooooo cute!!”
Meanwhile, Mariah received something of a special gift herself on Christmas Day as her iconic festive tune, All I Want For Christmas Is You, broke another record.
Fans around the world played the smash tune so many times on Christmas Eve that it won the record to be the most played track in one day on Spotify.
The single - originally released in 1994 - was streamed an astonishing 21.273 million times on Christmas Eve alone.
She snatched the title of most streamed song in one day on Spotify from Adele, who has slipped to second place on that particular list, with her song Easy which held the record with 19.747 million single-day streams.
Mariah’s seemingly timeless Christmas song is arguably even more popular now that it was when released - and has even topped the Billboard Top 100 singles in the USA 10 times since 2019 as it continues to yo-yo up and down the charts at the end of every year.
Responding to her latest record making moment, Mariah posted a video of herself reacting in shock and surprise to Instagram on Christmas morning.

She wrote: “Merry Christmas everybody!!! Did not expect to wake up to this amazing surprise!!!”
And it seems her longtime collaborator Jermaine Dupri also liked this news, as he responded to her post writing: “Wow!!!”
