According to The Herald Sun, McNamara and Hopkins have now appeared in court in Buenos Aires and released on a $15,000 bail. They’ve had their passports seized and are not allowed to leave Argentina for the time being.

There is also a chance they could face aggravated assault charges, with the publication reporting prosecutors are waiting on the results of a forensic medial report.

The photographer’s elbow was allegedly fractured in an altercation. Ouch.

The Herald Sun reported it had CCTV footage of two men —whose identities it didn’t confirm — appearing to chase another one outside the restaurant. In the video, the man apparently being chased fell down.
