Marcus Rashford moved Manchester United back into the top-four for the first time since October with a 93rd minute winner against West Ham United at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
Having stepped off the bench for the second game in succession, the England international found himself in the right place at the right time to tap home a dramatic late winner, moving United above West Ham in the process and into fourth-place.
The goal, which was his second in as many games after stepping off the bench and scoring against Brentford in midweek, saw him set a new Premier League record, and it was one that Sir Alex Ferguson would no doubt be proud of, given his track record of leaving things until late on.
Rashford's match-winning goal against the Hammers means that he has now scored more winning goals (four) in the Premier League beyond the 90th minute than anyone else in the league's history.
That, of course, means that he has more winning goals in second half stoppage time than any other United player in Premier League history, with statistics revealing that it is twice as many as any other United player.
Rashford, who will be hoping to earn himself a starting berth when United face Middlesbrough in the fourth-round of the FA Cup in just under a fortnight's time, now has four Premier League goals to his name this season, all of which have come when he has stepped off the substitutes bench.
On what it meant to have netted such an important winner against the Hammers, Rashford told MUTV : "Winning a game like that, it's the best feeling in football really.
"Regardless of who is on the pitch, you have to keep going until the last minute. It is the best way to win a game for me and it's the greatest feeling."
