Dane Rashford, the older brother of footballer Marcus Rashford, has reportedly been arrested in the US on suspicion of domestic violence.
As first reported by Telegraph Sport, Dane Rashford was arrested by police in Miami Beach, Florida, on October 20.
He reportedly appeared in court the next day, where the bond for his release was set at $1,500 (around £1,220).
On October 24, his charge was registered as 'misdemeanour of battery', defined as domestic violence, according to the Telegraph.
Court documents reportedly show his bond has been paid, and he has been bailed.
The 31-year-old has pleaded not guilty, and will appear in court for his next hearing on November 27, the Telegraph reports.
Dane Rashford is a director of D N May Sports Management.
His younger brother, England and Manchester United star Marcus Rashford, is listed on the firm's website among athletes it represents.
