Marcus Rashford explains how Erik ten Hag has made an impact at Manchester United

Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford has admitted that he is enjoying life under Erik ten Hag despite their disappointing start to the season.

United, who have reached an agreement with Real Madrid to sign defensive-midfielder Casemiro, have lost each of their opening two Premier League outings, losing to Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford. It has resulted in them being rooted to the foot of the table ahead of Monday evening's clash with Liverpool at Old Trafford.

The Reds will be under intense pressure to get their first point[s] of the season on the board against Jurgen Klopp's side, but will no doubt be wary of what happened the last time the Merseysiders visited M16. Klopp's side ran out 5-0 winners last October, marking the beginning of the end for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Solskjaer was sacked the following month and was replaced by Ralf Rangnick on an interim basis, ahead of Ten Hag picking up the baton ahead of the start of this season. "I think it just takes time to adapt," Rashford told Sky Sports. "I think we've adapted to some managers quicker than we thought [we would] and with some managers we took longer than we expected to.

"But the bottom line is that we get there and you feel comfortable doing the stuff that the manager wants you to do. I am enjoying it and this manager definitely wants you to enjoy it and work hard as a unit. I have always said that when you work hard as a unit it is ten times more enjoyable."
