Marcus Rashford has warned Arsenal that they will be ‘surprised’ with they face this new-look Manchester United side under Ruben Amorim on Wednesday.
Marcus Rashford: Arsenal Won’t Know What To Expect From Us
United swept aside Everton on Sunday in a 4-0 rout which secured Ruben Amorim his first Premier League win at Old Trafford.
Marcus Rashford and under-fire Joshua Zirkzee both scored twice in the comfortable win over the Toffees.
It was a football result – and performance – so rarely seen under former boss Erik ten Hag. And now ahead of their crunch clash with title-chasing Arsenal in midweek, Rashford insists Mikel Arteta’s side won’t know how to deal with them.
“It’s encouraging for us to learn something new, and I feel like we can a lot stronger in this system as well,” he told MUTV.
It's no lie that a vocal Old Trafford can power the players to victory.

“Also, for other teams, we’ve not played in this system before. No one knows what to expect from us, and it puts us in a good position. We’ve got so many players who can play in different positions, so we can change a lot during games and set up differently for games.
“It’s exciting. I don’t want to get too carried away, but it’s the energy and excitement we want.”
Rashford Knows It’s Still Early Days Under Ruben Amorim
It’s been a promising start for Ruben Amorim as Manchester United boss.
The Portuguese manager drew his first game in charge against Ipswich but has won back-to-back games against Bodo/Glimt and Everton.
Rashford understands that it is still early days but is feel revitalised in this new system.
“We all, as individuals, want to get back to our best and then push to improve so even in the bad moments you are doing the right thing.
Scoring just 20 seconds after the restart 😮💨🤌

“The connection is going to build and grow the more we get used to him. [Amorim has] come in in a busy period and hopefully the connection keeps building and growing.
“He’s come in with a great attitude and it’s passed onto the players. The atmosphere is one of the most special things about his club. Playing at this great stadium is always a great feeling.”
