Fulham manager Marco Silva doesn't believe Aleksandar Mitrovic will be any more motivated to face Manchester United on Sunday because of the red card he received when the sides last met.
United knocked Fulham out of the FA Cup at the quarter-final stage when they met in March. United won 3-1 thanks to a brace from Bruno Fernandes and a goal from Marcel Sabitzer.
There was a huge moment in the encounter after Fulham had gone ahead thanks to Mitrovic's goal. Willian handled Jadon Sancho's goalbound shot on the line and, after consulting VAR, referee Chris Kavanagh sent the Brazilian off.

Mitrovic reacted angrily to that decision and appeared to push the referee. Kavanagh immediately showed the Serbia international a straight red card and he too was dismissed as the Cottagers were reduced to nine men.
Mitrovic, Fulham's top scorer this campaign with 15 goals in all competitions, is poised to take to the pitch at Old Trafford on Sunday for the first time since that incident. United have already wrapped up Champions League qualification and are seeking to confirm a third-placed finish, while Fulham are guaranteed to end the season in 10th.
Fulham boss Silva believes the striker will be no more fired up for the encounter than he would be for any other. Also confirming the Cottagers have no fresh injury worries for the clash at Old Trafford, Silva said: "Mitro doesn't need this type of incentive.
“I think he showed in 25 minutes against Southampton that it doesn't matter the club that he is going to play against, [and] last week against Palace.
“He is Mitro, he doesn't need to play against certain types of teams or in certain situations to be more motivated.”
