More snow could fall over parts of Greater Manchester later today, according to forecasters.
Precipitation maps by the Met Office show how much of the white stuff is predicted to fall, where and when. Parts of Oldham, Bolton, Trafford, Tameside and Stockport are all forecast to be hit by snow or sleet this afternoon and tonight.
Temperatures will drop to as low as 1C later, forecasters predict. A yellow weather warning for snow and ice covering our region remains in place until 10am today (Tuesday).

Manchester
Sunny and cloudy spells this morning. Heavy rain forecast to fall from around 3pm and into the early evening. Weather will then turn cloudy later on. Highest temperature is 7C at lunchtime while the mercury will dip to 2C by tonight.
Stockport
Sunny and cloudy spells this morning before light showers set to fall at 2pm. Heavy rain and sleet showers are forecast throughout the afternoon. The mercury will drop to 2C at around 5pm.
Bury
A light shower forecast for this morning at around 10am. Sunny and cloudy spells forecast until another light shower at 2pm. Rain will then turn heavy throughout the afternoon with temperatures dropping to 2C.
Bolton
Light showers forecast for around 10am before sunny and cloudy spells forecast into lunchtime. Light rain set to fall at around 2pm before a sleet shower is forecast at around 4pm. More light snow is set to fall at around 9pm as the mercury drops to 1C.
Oldham
Sunny and cloudy spells forecast until around lunchtime. Temperature will drop gradually through the afternoon until it dips to 1C at around 4pm. Light rain forecast at 3pm before sleet and snow forecast at around 4pm. Weather will turn to cloudy later in the evening.
Rochdale
Sunny spells are forecast throughout the morning before a light shower is set to fall at around 12pm. More showers will fall early afternoon until the rain turns heavy at around 4pm. Sleet is expected from around 5pm as temperatures drop to 2C.
Salford
This morning will be mostly sunny before light showers hit at around 2pm. The rain will turn heavy at around 4pm and more showers will fall into the evening. The mercury will average at 3C this afternoon.
Wigan
Sunny and cloudy weather is predicted for this morning until a light shower at around 2pm. Heavy rain will fall throughout the afternoon before the weather turns to cloudy and sunny again. The mercury will average at 3C this afternoon.
Tameside
Mostly cloudy conditions until rain forecast at around 3pm. Sleet showers expected from around 4pm as temperature drops to 2C. Light rain expected to fall into the evening.
Trafford
Mainly sunny and cloudy until around 3pm when a light shower is predicted. Rain will turn heavier this afternoon with sleet showers forecast.
