Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has lauded the 'special' atmosphere inside Celtic Park during Wednesday evening's Champions League tie.
The Bavarians travelled to Glasgow's east end for the first leg of a knockout round playoff and thought they went 1-0 down early doors, only for Nicolas Kuhn's long-range strike to be ruled out for offside.
Goals from Michael Olise and Harry Kane eventually put Bayern in front, although Daizen Maeda hit back with 11 minutes left to make it 2-1.
Despite a late push for a leveller, Brendan Rodgers' men ended the game defeated but remain more than in the tie heading into the second leg next Tuesday.

Post-match last night, legendary German goalkeeper Neuer explained how Bayern deserved to win, as well as touching on the infamous Parkhead atmosphere: "Celtic had a really long unbeaten home run and that's not easy to achieve," he told fcbayern.com.
"We showed a very good performance and dominated.
"Celtic was really only dangerous once they had so many set-pieces. We weren't always ideally positioned, but overall we deserved to win here. We didn't buckle under the pressure.
"It was very loud here. It's rare to experience such an atmosphere and that was special for us.”
A goal ahead, Bayern will be confident of reaching the Champions League's last 16 ahead of the return leg next week.
Celtic will need to be at the top of their game if they are to pull off a seismic shock and secure a first competitive win on German soil.
