A Cotswolds mansion with a private waterfall is up for grabs - and it could be yours for just a tenner
The six-bedroom property, which includes a private tennis court and its own waterfall, is the latest to be offered up in the Omaze charity prize draw, raising money for the RSPCA - with 15 tickets being sold for just £10.
In addition to the idyllic house, which would normally sell for £3.5m, the winner will receive all furniture in the house as well as £50,000 to spend.
The luxury 10,000 square foot home includes six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, a sauna, a gym and a cinema room.
The property also comes with nearly two acres of outdoor space, complete with a pond, waterfall and private woodland.
The raffle will provide a minimum donation of £100k for the RSPCA, with a goal of £500k.
"We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Omaze on the Million Pound House Draw," said Chris Sherwood, the RSPCA's Chief Executive.
"This incredible support will be vital in ensuring we continue to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals across England and Wales.
"Together, we can make a world that is kinder for all animals."
So far, Omaze has worked with six charities in the UK on their house draws, including Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation.
"We're honoured to be helping the RSPCA raise money and awareness for the incredible work they do to help animals across the country," said James Oakes, SVP International at Omaze.
"By offering this dream property in the Cotswolds, we're not only giving people the chance to win an amazing house, but also raising money and introducing charities to brand new audiences."
