ManningCast was aghast at Broncos’ futile clock management

The way the Denver Broncos mishandled the final minutes of their loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday set off a storm on social media and every other platform with a sports voice.

First to the worst clock management seen in many a year was Eli and Peyton Manning on their Manningcast.

The great quarterbacks could not believe what their eyes were seeing.

Rookie head coach Nathaniel Hackett botched the end of the game about as much as anyone could.

And he catches no break for being in his first game. One had to know better than to play for a 64-yard field-goal attempt rather than give Russell Wilson a chance on fourth-and-5.

The kick was no good and the Mannings and everyone else knew Hackett’s strategy was also not good.
