Manchester United XI vs Leicester: Dorgu debut - starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest for FA Cup today

Patrick Dorgu makes his Manchester United debut in tonight’s FA Cup clash with Leicester.

Dorgu completed a £25million move from Italian club Lecce, signing a five-and-a-half year deal at Old Trafford last week and goes straight into the side.

Elsewhere, Rasmus Hojlund leads the line as Kobbie Mainoo is restored to a more familiar midfield role as he lines up behind the Dane alongside Amad with Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte in the engine room once again.

As expected, Man Utd are without Luke Shaw and Lisandro Martinez for the visit of the Foxes.

Martinez was taken off on a stretcher during United’s 2-0 defeat at home to Crystal Palace last Sunday, with the club later confirming the Argentine had suffered a serious knee injury which will rule him out for the rest of the season and beyond.

Meanwhile, England defender Shaw had recently returned to training but Amorim has confirmed the defender has suffered a setback in his recovery and would not be risked.

Amorim told reporters: “One small issue in a different area from the last injury, so we'll try to be careful with Luke.”

Jonny Evans and Mason Mount are also sidelined as is FA Cup third round hero Altay Bayindir.

Confirmed team news

Man Utd XI: Onana; Yoro, Maguire, Mazraoui; Dalot, Ugarte, Fernandes, Dorgu; Amad, Mainoo; Hojlund.

Subs: Graczyk, Lindelof, De Ligt, Heaven, Casemiro, Eriksen, Collyer, Garnacho, Zirkzee.
