Manchester United XI vs Fulham: Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for FA Cup today

Ruben Amorim could yet win a trophy in his first season at Manchester United - (ES Composite)

Manchester United are without the suspended Patrick Dorgu for their FA Cup fifth-round tie against Fulham today as Noussair Mazraoui and Christian Eriksen both come in.

£25million January signing Dorgu serves the first of his three-game domestic ban for a straight red card received in Wednesday’s 3-2 Premier League win over Ipswich.

Mazraoui was brought on for Dorgu in place of Alejandro Garnacho after his sending off in midweek and comes into the team today, with Diogo Dalot likely to start at left wing-back and Mazraoui at right wing-back.

Ruben Amorim was unhappy with Garnacho after he headed straight down the tunnel when he was substituted against Ipswich. Garnacho has shaken off a knock to be available but is only on the bench this afternoon as Eriksen starts.

“When he went to shoot, when it was blocked almost inside the box,” said Amorim. “He has a knock, I expect him to be ready but we will see, I have to wait.”

Amorim had no other fresh injury concerns but Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo, Jonny Evans, Lisandro Martinez, Toby Collyer and Altay Bayindir remain sidelined.

Teenage forward Chido Obi is on the bench again after being left out of the United Under-18s squad for their FA Youth Cup win over Arsenal on Friday night.

Obi was handed his debut away at Tottenham and also came off the bench away at Everton.
