Manchester United XI vs Chelsea FC: Starting lineup, team news and injury latest for Premier League game today

Manchester United face Chelsea in the Premier League tonight with Marcus Rashford and Cristiano Ronaldo starting up top.

The Red Devils have a long injury list to contend with ahead of today’s heavyweight Premier League tussle with Chelsea at Old Trafford.

Edinson Cavani (calf) is out but interim boss Ralf Rangnick has stated that he should be back in training on Friday. Paul Pogba (calf) is also missing with full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka misses out after being a doubt.

United will also remain without Fred tonight as the Brazilian midfielder is still struggling with the hip problem that has ruled him out of the last three games.

Luke Shaw (ankle) and Harry Maguire (knee) are also unavailable and Jadon Sancho will miss the game after coming down with tonsillitis.

Jesse Lingard and Rashford were unused substitutes against Arsenal on Saturday, with the latter coming in alongside Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes.

Lingard is not in the squad however, which does include youngsters Hannibal Mejbri, Shola Shoretire, Alejandro Garnacho and Alvaro Fernandez. Diogo Dalot and Alex Telles continue in the wing-back roles.
