United needed David De Gea to make a few saves from the likes of Philip Billing, Dominic Solanke and Jaidon Anthony to preserve their two-goal advantage, but fashioned more than enough chances to win by a bigger scoreline as Alejandro Garnacho struck the post with a sweet curling effort and Marcus Rashford tapped home a late third.
