Manchester United's pre-season friendly against Aston Villa in Perth will go ahead after the pitch passed an inspection.
The Optus Stadium surface hasn't been in great condition and there were concerns about it during the friendly between Crystal Palace and Leeds United on Friday night.
Perth has been battered by heavy rain on Saturday and the pitch has deteriorated as a result, with clear muddy patches visible in several areas.

Leeds picked up a couple of injuries on Friday and it's understood the pitch played a part, with one club official saying players said there was 'no way of changing direction' on it.
United's technical director Darren Fletcher was an early arrival at the Optus Stadium on Saturday and has had a look at the surface, giving it the thumbs up, although there is a concern that more heavy rain could be problematic.
But a pitch inspection has deemed the surface playable at the moment and the game is due to kick off as scheduled at 5.45pm local time.
A statement from the organisers said: "After a final pitch inspection, organisers have confirmed that tonight’s match will go ahead on time with kick-off as planned at 1745."
United will return to Manchester after the game tonight, the final fixture of their pre-season tour.
