Harry Maguire, Donny van de Beek and Aaron Wan-Bissaka all trained with the Manchester United first-team squad ahead of their Europa League group game against FC Sheriff on Thursday night.
Erik ten Hag's side enter the penultimate match of Group E knowing that a win is likely to be required if they are to finish above Real Sociedad and avoid a play-off round next year.
United are expected to name another strong squad when they host the Moldovan side at Old Trafford and are set to be boosted by the possible return of a number of key players for the match.

Cristiano Ronaldo will return to the squad tomorrow night after he was dropped from the squad last weekend after he refused to come on as a substitute in victory over Tottenham.
"Yes, Cristiano will be in the squad tomorrow," Ten Hag said at his earlier press conference. "It's not difficult. But I think we said everything and we answered all the questions, he was out for one game and is back in the squad as usual."
United have also been boosted by the return of injured trio Maguire, Van de Beek and Wan-Bissaka, with a decision to be made on all three players following the training session on Wednesday afternoon.
The news is not so good regarding Anthony Martial, though, with the forward still not fit enough to return against Sheriff, while compatriot Raphael Varane will not feature again before the World Cup.
Ten Hag added: "They are in training, Harry, Donny, Aaron, in team training in preparation for tomorrow's game. After the training, together with medical, I will take the decision.
"He (Maguire) always has an important role, he was injured, happy in his own way back and now he has to get back into games."
Academy graduates Zidane Iqbal and Alejandro Garnacho were involved in first-team training while there was also a place for Facundo Pellistri as he awaits his competitive debut for the club.
